For example, the yearly income limit for a family of four has risen from $39,300 to $39,750. Residents can receive cash benefits from $300 at the minimum to $1,500 at the maximum. Crisis benefits will also be available under the plan, from the minimum of $25 to the maximum of $1,200. According to the proposed plan for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, the income limit per person in a household for FY 2021 is $6,720. For FY 2022 it’s $6,810 per person. For example, for a four-person household in 2021, the income limit is $39,300, and in 2022, the limit is $39,750.

Establish a maximum Cash component benefit of $1500.
